Buying a home is an investment and for most its the investment of a lifetime.
As with any investment you want to know what you’re buying and is it worth it.
A professional home inspection reduces the fear of uncertainty and lets you
know your making the right choice in deciding if that home is the right one for
you.
Why is this important?

Simple, I was a homebuyer too, I know what to look for and I want every
potential homebuyer to feel at ease when they make the decision to
purchase their future home. Inspections can last 2 -3 hours, some times more
depending on the age and size of the home. If any problems are found we
like to educate the buyer as to whether it is a major problem that should be
addressed or simply cosmetic. I can also go over routine maintenance tips
to help keep the property in top shape. Rest assured with your professional
inspection report in your hands, you can put your mind at ease and make that
decision to purchase the house that will become your home.

All inspections are performed by Inspectors Certified by the National
Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI). All inspections are done
in compliance with the Standards of Practice set forth by NACHI as well as
those of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

get to meet me until after you hire me.
Furthermore, different inspectors
have varying qualifications,
equipment, experience, reporting
methods,and pricing. One thing for
sure is that a home inspection
requires work, a lot of work.
