About Us

S and W Home Inspections was formed in 2004 to provide quality Home
Inspections and Radon Testing for home buyers, sellers and contractors
in the Staunton, Waynesboro, Augusta and Rockingham County areas.

S and W Home Inspections is locally owned and operated, with deep
roots in the community and 7 years hands-on experience in the
construction industry. You can feel at ease in knowing that I am not part of
a franchise, nor is this a part time endeavor after working years in a
non-related field of employment. There is no place in the home I do not
inspect, I climb in the attic and crawl through the crawl space. Home
Inspections is what I do best.

All inspections are performed by Inspectors Certified by the National
Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI). All inspections are
done in compliance with the Standards of Practice set forth by NACHI as
well as those of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Radon Tests are performed by Certified Radon Measurement Specialist
who are certified by the National Radon Safety Board (NRSB)
