Home Inspections
A home inspection is an unbiased third party evaluation of a home. It allows the buyer or seller to
become aware of any problems or repairs that may exist before purchase. This allows you to make an
informed decision on the purchase or sell of a home. A true home inspection inspects and evaluates
the entire visual aspects of the home along with its systems and components.  If an inspector does
only a simple systems check, basically nothing has been accomplished and could leave you with
costly repairs after purchase.

I encourage you, the homebuyer, to be present during the Inspection process. This enables you to ask
questions and to become familiar with the various components of the home before you buy. I can also
explain first hand any defects or issues that may be found.

  • Main disconnect and service amperage.
  • Electrical panels, breakers and fuses.
  • Electrical outlets, switches and lights.
  • Grounding and bonding.
  • Fireplace damper door and hearth.
  • Insulation and ventilation.
  • Garage doors, safety sensors, and openers.
  • Insect damage.
  • Potential Safety Hazards

Once the inspection is complete I offer a clear concise on-site report and will answer any remaining
questions you may have. This report lists any defects found and general tips or notes on the aspects of
