EMS/First Responder, Firefighters, Law Enforcement and Military personnel.
To these individuals who are considering buying a home in the Staunton,
Waynesboro or Augusta County areas. This is our way of saying Thank You
for all your services.

Schedules can conflict, we understand this, so you shouldn't have to pay for
it either. If you can’t be present during your initial home inspection, we can
return within a 5-day period* and go over the report with you and walk you
through the property at no additional charge.

Considering purchase of a home that has already been Inspected by S and
W Home Inspections? Why pay full price for another home inspection? You
won’t, That’s right, if your considering buying a home that has already been
inspected by us and would like us to go over the inspection report with you,
