Inspections can last 2 -3 hours, some times more depending on the age and
size of the home. If any issues are found they will be brought to your attention
letting you know as to whether or not it is a major issue that should be
addressed immediately or simply a cosmetic issue. I can also go over
routine maintenance tips so that you are able to keep your home in top
shape after purchase. Standard items included in my inspection are
considered extras by other inspectors, in which additional fees may be
charged.
